Trusted Sales Rep offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your original order date and we'll refund the plan fee, no questions asked.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and locate your order using the email address you used at checkout, or contact us and we'll help you get it processed.

After the 30-day window

After 30 days, subscription fees are non-refundable, but you can cancel at any time from the "Manage subscription" button on your dashboard. Cancellation stops future renewals — you keep access to paid features through the end of the period you've already paid for.

Chargebacks

Please reach out to us or Paddle before filing a chargeback with your bank. We respond to refund requests quickly and can almost always resolve billing questions directly.
