Terms of Service — Trusted Sales Rep

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using Trusted Sales Rep ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Who can use the Service

You must be at least 18 years old. Sales professionals may claim a rep profile only if they are the person represented. Buyers may leave a review only for a vehicle they actually purchased.

3. Profile content

You are responsible for the accuracy of any content you publish — including names, photos, videos, dealership affiliations, and contact details. We may remove content that is misleading, infringing, or violates these Terms.

4. Verified reviews

Reviews tied to a Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) are marked "Verified buyer." Submitting false purchase information is prohibited and may result in account termination.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to harass other users, scrape the Service, attempt to defeat security controls, post unlawful content, or impersonate another person.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not a party to any vehicle transaction between a buyer and a sales professional.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via the Service or email.
