Terms of Service — Trusted Sales Rep

1. Who we are

Trusted Sales Rep ("we", "us") operates the website at trustedsalesrep.com (the "Service"). By using the Service you are contracting with Trusted Sales Rep.

2. Acceptance

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You must be at least 18 years old. Sales professionals may claim a rep profile only if they are the person represented; buyers may leave a review only for a vehicle they actually purchased.

3. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the Service, including any unlawful use, fraud, spam, infringement of intellectual property, scraping, malware distribution, probing our security, or attempting to defeat access controls. You must not impersonate another person or misrepresent a dealership affiliation.

4. Intellectual property

Trusted Sales Rep retains ownership of the Service and its underlying software, documentation, and branding. You retain rights in the content you publish (profile info, photos, videos, reviews) and grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host and display that content solely to operate the Service.

5. Service level

The Service is provided "as is" and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties (including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose).

6. Payments, billing and refunds

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment terms, billing, taxes, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Our own Refund Policy provides a 30-day money-back guarantee on paid plans. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled from your dashboard.

7. Verified reviews

Reviews tied to a Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) are marked "Verified buyer." Submitting false purchase information is prohibited and may result in account termination.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings; cancellation of a paid plan is handled from the "Manage subscription" button on your dashboard.

9. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim, and we exclude liability for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where prohibited by law. We are not a party to any vehicle transaction between a buyer and a sales professional.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via the Service or email.
